We are having a Disney Fairytale Wedding and we’re so excited to celebrate with you!
Here’s what the wedding weekend has in store….
The Night Before
Saturday, May 2, 2026
6:50 PM at EPCOT
200 Epcot Center Drive, Orlando, FL 32830
Join us at our welcome party, complete with our favorite Disney park bites and treats. Please meet us outside the EPCOT front Entrance at 6:50 PM. You may go through security then wait by the front entrance. You do not need a park ticket as we will be entertaining as a special group.
Parking at EPCOT is complimentary to guests staying at a Disney Resort (our room block). Uber, Lyft or the Disney Bus transportation from the resort to the park is also available. Please allow extra time if you choose to use the Disney Park buses.
Attire: Dressy Casual + Comfy shoes (please visit the dress code page for more).
The Ceremony

5:00 PM at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion
Resort & Spa, 4401 Floridian Way, Disney's Grand Floridian, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
Doors to the Wedding Pavilion will open at 4:30 PM for guests to start to enter and take their seats, the ceremony will commence at 5:00PM.
The Wedding Pavilion is a short 10 min drive through Disney property from our room block resort. We recommend using Uber and Lyft transport. Parking is also available, please bring your ID as this is typically needed to enter the gates to park.
Attire: All BLACK cocktail (please visit the dress code page for more).
The Reception

6:00 PM-11:00PM at the Grand Floridian Resort Convention Center
4401 Floridian Way, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830.
Dinner, drinks and dancing are to immediately follow the ceremony. You will follow the walking path from our ceremony location to our reception.
